Fire safety evidence is only as strong as the person behind it. Here is how our competence is independently checked, and what that means for you.
Six layers of assurance.
1. Third-party certification
BAFE SP205 and NSI Gold. Independent bodies audit us, so you do not have to take our word for it.
2. Assessor qualifications
Our assessors hold recognised qualifications and professional memberships, including FIA, FPA, IFE and IFSM.
3. Insurance

A documented process from inspection to sign-off, with every report validated before it is issued.
5. Report review
Reports are reviewed by a second competent person, giving you a defensible, consistent standard.

What does third-party certification mean?
Third-party certification means an independent organisation, not us, has assessed our people, our methods and our reports against a recognised standard. It is regular and it is audited.
BAFE SP205 is the scheme for Fire Risk Assessment providers. NSI Gold is a high standard of independent certification and inspection. Together they show a Responsible Person that the assessor they chose was competent.
Why it protects you
If an enforcing authority, insurer, trustee or director asks how you chose your assessor, certification is a clear, documented answer.
